2. Please Tell Us

Please tell us your app version, whether you use iPhone/iPad or Android, which unit had the problem, and how to reproduce it. Before sending a screenshot, please hide unnecessary personal information such as your name, email, or order number. Never send your password or card number.

We use your email address, inquiry, attachments and app/device information you voluntarily provide to respond and resolve issues. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or identity documents; hide unrelated personal information in screenshots.

3. Sound and Learning Guidance

You can adjust the lesson voice, sound effects, and background music from the gear icon on the home screen. You can view the guide again under 'How to Learn.'

4. Purchases and Restore

U01 (Basic Vowels) and U02 (ㄱ·ㄲ·ㅋ) are free. U03 through graduation are available through a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. This is not a subscription and has no recurring or auto-renewing charge. Check the price and currency on the store payment screen before purchasing.

Sign in with the same store account used for the purchase and choose Restore Purchase in the app. This restores access to the paid course in that store; it does not restore learning progress, completion status or study time, or purchases from another store. App Store purchases cannot be restored in Google Play, or vice versa.

5. Privacy and Deletion Inquiries

Please check the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages. Study records stored only on your device, which the operator has not received, cannot be viewed or deleted remotely by support.
